It invites you to think about where you are in your Leadership; are you practicing a reactive or a conscious leadership style?
With a reactive style, you tend to focus more on being right and in control, focused on getting approval. This results in a defensive attitude and less security.
A Conscious Leadership style is about being open, curious and commited to learning. You have the courage to question yourself and to be playful about things!
